5/16/2007 - Jillian's Drawers is excellent - one of the best
customer service I've ever experienced from an online
store. Mandi has not only been extremely helpful in
answering all of my questions, but her responses have
always been prompt and detailed. I found the store through
an online search and noticed that the prices were better
than other online shops as well as the selection. But one of
the best things about Jillian's Drawers is that it ships
internationally! For people like me who currently live
abroad, that means we can still get all the best cloth
diapering and other natural products at a good price & all
from one place. Plus, the gift registry is also very easy to
use. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

1/30/2007 - I would just like to say how much I appreciate your company. You carry more choices of diapers
than any other websites I have looked at so far, when I had a mistake you took care of it and got back to me
very quickly, the woman I talked to was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and everything I ordered got
shipped out very quickly. I have had trouble with other baby websites that take a long time to get back to me
about things and shipping takes forever and it was so wonderful to have such an easy experience with your
company. I am down to the wire on geting things before my baby comes and you guys have been a life send.

1/30/2006 - WOW!! That is all I can say after being introduced to cloth diapers. When we used to inform people
that we were using cloth, we would get comments about how difficult it was and "we'll see how long it last." It has
been 6 weeks and not only are they easy, the people who made comments think they are the best thing ever as
well.
As for the customer service, it has been a long time since I have run into a business that actually cares about
there customers and goes the extra mile. I would recommend cloth to anyone and everyone!!!!

9/29/2005 - Thanks so much! We've been enjoying the diapers and snappis! I wasn't sure how I'd like them
after using disposables with my older daughter (ie would there be more leaks, etc), but I do like them and the
leakage seems pretty similar. Thanks for all your help. I'm sure that I'll have questions as time goes on, but
things seem to be working pretty well so far.
