Price Guarantee We aim to please! If you find a lower regular price for an identical item in-stock item on the web for an item we have in stock, please let us know. We'll beat or match that price. Please send an e-mail to info@jilliansdrawers. com and include the direct link to the product you would like us to price match. Upon approval, we will generate a coupon for you to use with your order.
Payment Methods We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Out-of-Stock Items We are known for having a great selection of in-stock products! However, sometimes we do make a mistake and an item is not in-stock. If an item you order is out-of-stock, we will promptly e-mail you and call to inform you of its expected ship date. You will have the option of changing your order at that time.
If we have called and e-mailed with no response, we will ship your order by the third business day and place the out-of-stock item on backorder.
Taxes All orders within New York are subject to 8% sales tax.
Returns If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us as follows:
- You must include a Return Form with your return.
- You may return new items within 60 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
- If you purchase Gently Used items from our site (items sold on our site that have already been used),
they may returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
- All returns must be in resellable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and
packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc.
- Please include a copy of your receipt and original packaging.
- We always recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 60 days. Any returns accepted after 60 days will be
issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow 14 days from the date your
return is postmarked for your return to be processed.
- If any item that was purchased new is returned to us after being washed, worn, used, or with tags
removed, we will return the item to you at your expense.
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense!
Exchanges There are two ways to exchange an item:
- Place a new order. Return the other item and request a refund in the original form of payment. (This is
the quickest way to receive the new item.)
- Return the item you want to exchange. When we receive the item, we will issue a store credit. You will
receive a coupon via e-mail to use at checkout so you can place an order for the new item.
Please do not request an exchange when mailing a returned an item to us. Our inventory changes so frequently, that the requested exchange item may no longer be available.
Manufacturer Defects Manufacturer defects are mistakes made by the manufacturer that make the product unusable. Examples of manufacturer defects are unsecure snaps, snaps that have fallen off, unravelled serging or stitching, peeling lamination, etc.

Coupons and Discounts If you would like to receive special coupons and discounts from Jillian's Drawers, feel free to join our mailing list here. Because our prices, inventory, specials, and coupons can vary day to day, we do not offer price adjustments after your order has shipped. We cannot apply coupons after your order has shipped. If you notice the price of an item has changed or a new coupon has been offered after your order has been placed, and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we will gladly offer the lower price.

Insurance Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for its delivery. Therefore we strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your items. Insurance can be selected from the drop down menu of shipping options at checkout. Insurance is included free of charge for all international orders.
Refused Orders If a package we ship to a customer is refused by the customer and returned to us, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment after deducting a 10% fee.
