diapers are the trimmest diapering system around!

A patented two part diapering system that offers parents a leak-free, rash free,
and disposal free way of diapering.  Made with a waterproof polyester knit outer
fabric to keep wetness inside, and a layer of buttery soft organic cotton velour
against baby's skin, with a layer of Malden Mills micro-fleece underneath,
wicking moisture away and drawing it into the absorbent removable insert.

This is one of the trimmest and best fitting pocket diapers you will ever find!  The
crotch area has been cut narrow to reduce unnecessary bulk between the
baby's legs, yet still leaves enough room to stuff with as much inserts as
needed.  The leg openings are highly adjustable to especially accommodate
both slim and chubby thighed babies.   Separate waist and thigh settings allow
you to adjust each opening independently to ensure a snug fit.

About the Fabric
The inner fabric is made of 100% organic cotton velour,
with a high quality polyester Malden Mills fleece
underneath (not touching baby's skin).  The outer fabric is
made of waterproof PUL (Poly Urethane Laminate).
Our Experience
These diapers are the trimmest pocket diapers around,
hands down!  Swaddlebees redesigned their pocket
diapers, and we are so happy with the changes!  These
diapers used to be only for light wetters, but now are
suitable for most babies and toddlers.  They now have
ample room for stuffing with inserts, making them more
absorbent than before.  The crotch area is extremely
narrow, and the diaper itself is trim.  However, they are
usually not suited for night use or for heavy wetters.  The
side snapping design makes them especially wonderful
for babies with large thighs.  If you do have a heavy
wetter, we recommend using one Swaddlebees
microfiber and one Swaddlebees hemp insert.  Our
recommendation: try one first for a week to see if it works
for your baby before buying several.

General Care
Wash as you would your other diapers.  We recommend
drying all diapers made with Polyurethane Laminate
(PUL) in the dryer at least once a week to keep them
waterproof.

The most important things to remember about caring for
Swaddlebees pocket diapers are:
  • Never use fabric softener or dryer sheets.  They
    make the fleece repel.
  • Wash new hemp inserts 8 times by themselves
    before washing with Swaddlebees pocket
    diapers.  The natural oil from the hemp will cause
    the fleece to repel.
  • If the fleece layer begins to repel, for whatever
    reason, simply wash the fleece layer inside and
    out with dish detergent (we recommend Dawn
    Original), rubbing with a toothbrush, and then
    thoroughly rinse.
How to prepare for first use
We recommend all pocket diapers with Polyurethane
Laminate (PUL) outer layers be washed and dried on hot
before using. This will help seal any needle holes left in
the PUL during construction.
