Ecobaby (Pure Rest) Interspring mattresses are made with
organic cotton and natural, chemical free, hand sheared Pure
Grow Wool from organically raised sheep.  Your baby will delight in
sleeping on the natural 6" thick mattress, free of chemical fumes.

Each mattress has 260 coils (equivalent to a 510 coil adult bed) ma
king it firm and long lasting.  Wool fiber fills and batting provide a
comfortable and healthful microclimate.

We recommend a mattress pad or wool pad (coming soon) to
protect babys' mattress from wetness.

Passes all safety regulations and CPSC guidelines.  28" x 52" x 6"
DETAILS
These innerspring crib mattresses are the required 6"
thick and meets all safety requirements set forth by the
CPSC.  These mattresses fit all standard cribs.

Ecobaby/Pure Rest crib mattresses all feature an inner
wool layer quilted to the organic cotton outer for natural
flame retardancy to meet federal guidelines.  They
exceed all the higher CA flame retardancy guidelines
without a single chemical for your peace of mind.

The springs are not coated with any toxic oils. Organic
cotton is long staple and hand-picked.  Wool is sheared
off healthy, happy organically raised sheep.


Considering another all natural mattress?  Here are
some questions to ask:
  • Are there any bonding or scrim in any of the
    battings?
  • Is there any scents or Vanillin added? (All Talalay  
    has this.)
  • Are there any silica agents added?
  • Is all natural rubber used (free of all benzene,
    toluene, and pthalates)?
  • Has the rubber been independently tested?
  • Are the materials protected from growing to final
    product?
  • Is the mattress warrantied against defects?
  • Is the wool truly organic (from organic sheep,
    without any treatment after shearing)?
  • Is there a waterproof layer (such as polyethylene
    or vinyl/PVC)?
  • Is any sort of fire retardent used (sometimes an
    "all natural" fire retardent is used that contains
    silica bonded to polyester).
  • Is the machine that processes the organic wool
    used to process any other materials?  (Many
    manufacturers send their organic wool out to be
    processed and the machines used to process the
    wool are also used to process non-organic and/or
    polyester fibers which are then transferred to the
    organic wool.)
 
Standard Crib Organic Mattress
Features organic cotton and natural chemical free wool
from organically raised sheep quilted to organic cotton
mattress ticking to be resilient and comfortable for baby.
This crib mattress uses an innerspring unit of 14 gauge
tempered steel 510 coil count springs (crib size is 260
actual coils - most crib mattresses are 180 coils). Your
baby will delight in sleeping on the natural 6" thick
mattress, free of chemical fumes.


Crib/Toddler Organic Mattress
This crib/toddler bed mattress (510 coil actually has 260
coils) has the extra side supports like on an adult
mattress needed for use with a toddler bed. This crib
innerspring mattresses is firmer and will last longer than
most who use a 180 actual coils.  Most crib mattresses
are designed to be enclosed on all sides thus do not
need the side supports, but for a toddler bed where the
child will be sitting on the side, these are necessary.
Full 5 Year Warranty
Each Ecobaby organic crib mattress comes with a 10
Year Prorated Warranty.  This means that if at any time in
the first 5 years your mattress experiences a
manufacturing related issue, your mattress will be
replaced free of charge.  During year 5-6, you can receive
a new mattress at half-price.  During year 6-7, you can
receive a new mattress at 60% retail value, etc.
