How To Order
Since 2005, Medela allows certain retailers to sell
Medela Breastpumps online. However, we can still sell
Medela Breastpumps by a phone order (or fax, if you
prefer)! Here's how to order:
- Our prices can be found by sending an e-mail to
medela@jilliansdrawers.com (no subject line or
comments necessary). This will instantly e-mail
you our prices.
- Then call us (or fax 800-516-5740) to place an
order. We will need the following information:
- the item you would like to purchase, with
the 5 digit model number
- your name
- your telephone number
- your shipping address
- your billing address (if different)
- your credit card number
- the expiration date
- the 3 digit security code (on the back of the
card)
- an e-mail address
Once we receive your order, we will call to confirm. Most
orders ship the same or next business day!

Medela will repair or replace defective parts and
