About the Fabric
The inner fabric is made of 100% high quality polyester
fleece.  The outer fabric is made of waterproof PUL (Poly
Urethane Laminate).

Are Haute Pockets available with Velcro Closures?
Yes, they are.  However, we choose to carry only the snap
variety.  Haute diapers are made in China, and we feel
that bumGenius One-Size diapers (made in the USA and
close with Velcro) are a wonderful alternative to Haute
pocket diapers.
