HABA Fried Egg
Our Price:
$5.35
HABA eggs are always entertaining and a favorite!  This
new design is so much fun... "crack" open the shell and
out comes a fried egg!

The shell is made from metal and opens by pulling and
twisting the two halves apart.  The fried egg is made from
cloth.  The shell does take some coordination and effort to
pull apart, making this toy perfect for three and up.

Made in China.

About HABA
HABA was established in 1938 and is based in Germany.  HABA is known for quality,
product reliability, and environmental consciousness.
Jillian's Drawers only carries HABA wooden toys that are made in Rodenbach, Germany.  This is important
because HABA does make a small selection of wooden toys in China.  We have decided to not carry wooden toys
that are made in China.  Please note that any HABA toys comprised of cloth (such as blankets, cloth books, etc.)
are made in China (this excludes wooden toys).

The varnishes and paints used in HABA wooden toys are all non-toxic and water-based.
Safety
HABA has been testing their toys for years to meet
higher standards than required by European or US
manufacturing regulations.  This expensive testing
is done independently in Nuremberg, Germany, and
HABA toys are in accordance with:

  • EN 71 European Standard for Toy Safety
  • ASTM F 963 Standard Consumer Safety
    Specification
  • EU directive 76/769 EEC on azo-dyes
    (forbidden amine)
  • Chemicals prohibition ordinance (national)
    stannour-organic compound
