60-day Returns

New 60-day Easy Returns!
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us as follows:

With every order we include an invoice with directions at the bottom of the invoice for
returning items.
If you cannot find a copy of your original invoice, include this Return Form with your return.
You may return any item within 60 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less
shipping).
All returns must be in resellable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all
tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odor, smoke, dirt,
lipstick, perfume, etc.
Please include a copy of your receipt and original packaging.
We always recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 60 days. Any returns accepted after 60
days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail once
your return has been processed.

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as
possible at our expense!

Manufacturer Defects
Manufacturer defects are mistakes made by the manufacturer that make the product unusable.
Examples of manufacturer defects are unsecure snaps, snaps that have fallen off, unravelled
serging or stitching, peeling lamination, etc.

Most manufacturers require that defective items be handled directly with them. E-mail us for their
contact information.
