Care & Content
General Care
Wash these inserts as you would your regular
diapers.
How to prepare for first use
We
recommend washing and drying these inserts four times before using for
the first time (that's wash - dry - wash - dry - wash - dry - wash -
dry). Unbleached hemp has natural oils in it that need to be removed
before it becomes absorbent. It will take five or more washings before
it reaches its maximum absorbency.
When washing these inserts
the first few times do NOT wash them with your fleece pocket
diapers (like Rumparooz, bumGenius!, Happy Heiny's, or FuzziBunz).
The natural oils from the hemp will coat the fleece, making it repel
liquid. After your inserts have been fully primed you may wash them
with all of your diapering products.

Warranty
Defective products will be exchanged free of charge and we guarantee
our products for 45 days from shipping date for any sewing defects.
Before returning any items the customer must contact us, and provide an
invoice or receipt displaying the purchase date. However, please be
aware, that we cannot offer refunds for products that are returned due
to improper care or natural wear. Changes in size and minor holes
(typically from normal washing, bleaching or the like) do not constitute
a defect. Additionally, please be aware that due to the nature of the
hemp fabric slight irregularities in size and shape, especially after
products have been washed, do occur - this is completely normal.
BabyKicks number one priority is customer satisfaction. We will
therefore try to do our utmost, within reason, to resolve any issue
that may arise in regards to product quality and workmanship.
