This cover is a favorite for laying a prefold inside or for older babies (six months and up).  It is made from a super-resistant waterproof laminate sandwiched between two layers of a soft polyester knit.  That means that both the outside AND the inside are soft - no plastic feeling against your baby's skin.  It is meant to withstand industrial washing and drying.

Fits the same as the Bummis Super Whisper Wrap, with snap tabs instead.  The elastic around legs and tummy is durable, heavy-duty, and will not wear out with repeated washes.
