How It Works
We deliver fresh, clean diapers to your home (or daycare, grandparent's
house, etc.) the same day every other week. We pick-up all your dirty diapers,
professionally launder them, and then return the same number of clean,
fresh diapers to you two weeks later. The delivery day just depends
on your delivery address.
What do you do? It's easy! After you take a diaper off your baby, you'll just put it into the plastic bag we provide. No rinsing, washing, dunking necessary! With modern fasteners and diaper covers with velcro, cloth diapers really are just as easy as disposables!
Then,
on delivery day, set the dirty diapers outside by 8 AM, and write on
the tag how many clean diapers you have left in your home. That's it!
How Many Diapers Do I Get?We
provide 100 diapers on your first delivery. We provide another 100
diapers on your second delivery. Each delivery week after that we will return
the same number of diapers that we pick-up. So, there will be 200
diapers in rotation for you!
This example is for the X-Small and
Infant sizes. For the Regular size, you would have 140 diapers in
rotation, and for the Toddler size you would have 100 diapers in
rotation.
- All taxes are included.
- We don’t charge registration or account set-up
fees.
- Total number of diapers in rotation is two times
the “number of diapers” above.
- 10 additional diapers per week can be added for $2.00/week.
- No rinsing, soaking, or handling of dirty
diapers is needed!
We Provide the Diapers, You Provide the Covers
We
provide 100% cotton prefold diapers. The waterproof covers and diaper
fasteners are not included. However, we have a fabulous diaper cover
selection (both new and gently used)!
In addition, we recommend
purchasing a diaper pail, which is typically just a tall kitchen garbage
can. We deliver the clean diapers in a plastic bag which can be used as
a diaper pail liner in your garbage can.
Since the waterproof
diaper covers can't go through our industrial wash cycle, you will need
to wash the covers at home. This is super easy, and most parents just
wash the covers with their baby's clothing. There are no special wash
routines for diaper covers!

FAQs
I am Expecting... Can I Get My Diapers Early?Be
prepared with a Pre-Birth Delivery! We will deliver your first set of
diapers 3 weeks before your due date for no additional charge!
Alternately, you can stop by our store 3 weeks before your due date and
pick-up your first set of diapers.
Do Cloth Diapers Help with Potty Training?
From our experience, yes! Most cloth diaper users find
their baby potty trains about 6 months earlier compared to babies using
disposables. This adds an additional savings of several hundreds of dollars,
along with the ease being diaper free! Are There Additional Fees?
We try to make our diaper service as easy to use and with
as little fees as possible. There are five fees that could possibly be charged:
$15 Fee for Loaner Diapers:
If your dirty diapers aren’t left out one week, that’s fine! We will put loaner
diapers into rotation for the following week's delivery for free. However, if diapers
aren’t left out for a 2nd week in a row, we charge $15 to put a second
set of loaner diapers into rotation.
$1/Non-Loose Diaper: We
need all diapers to be loose inside the plastic pick-up bag. If a diaper is
bundled inside another plastic bag, we will charge $1.
$3 Fee/Damaged Diaper:
If we receive a diaper back that has been drawn on with non-removable ink or
has been cut, we charge $3 to replace it with a new diaper.
$3 Fee/Non-Returned Diaper:
When your diaper service ends with us, we do an inventory of all returned
diapers. We charge $3 for each diaper not returned to us. How Does the Billing Cycle Work? Our service is billed and payable in advance every 4
weeks (or 6 months if you choose the 6-month option). We charge your credit
card on the Friday before the following delivery week, if an amount is due.
Billing begins with the first delivery of your diapers. We send an e-mail
confirmation every time we charge your credit card. We do not issue refunds for unused weeks.

How Many Diapers Will I Get Each Week?
On your first delivery you will get 100 diapers. On your
second delivery you will also receive another 100 diapers. So, there are now
200 diapers in rotation for you. Each week after that, you will get back the
same number of diapers that you put out the previous week. (If you are starting
with the Regular or Toddler size, then the rotation system is the same, but you
would get either 70 or 50 diapers instead of 100 on each of the first two
deliveries.) Do I Need to Rinse the Diapers?
 Absolutely
not! Our diaper service really is as easy as putting a dirty diaper into a hamper instead of the garbage!
Our commercial laundering process will remove and break-down all solid
waste. At the end of the cycle, there is nothing but 100% cotton, free from
waste and detergent. Our commercial launderer tests their fabrics on a regular
basis, and the diapers are specifically also regularly tested to ensure they
are free from bacteria and detergent residues, while also pH balanced.
We do recommend shaking any solids into your toilet to
help minimize stains and reduce odor throughout the week. How do I Make Changes to My Service?
It's easy! If you are going on vacation, need a
larger size, or need more diapers, just contact us by the end of
Thursday before the next week's delivery. After you sign-up for our
service, we provide you with a diaper service hotline number that you
can text or leave a message! Plus, you can always e-mail, call us, or
stop by our store!

A great perk to our diaper service is that you can order from our
website and have your order delivered for FREE along with your diaper
service delivery! This is incredibly helpful, especially in the first
few months of being a new parent. You can have bath products,
breastfeeding essentials, baby carriers, and more delivered to your home
while you spend time with baby!
Just order by Sunday at midnight, and we will deliver your order along with your diapers!
