If you would rather not rinse a diaper off at all, then try using these liners! Great for babies 4-6 months or older.
Imse Vimse Flushable Liners are somewhat
more stiff and scratchy compared to Bummis Bio-Soft Flushable Liners, however Imse Vimse Flushable Liners can
withstand up to 3 washings, which makes them reusable and more
Bummis Bio-Soft Flushable Liners are great for babies with sensitive
skin, as they are very soft, smooth, and pliable compared to Imse Vimse
flushable liners. Bummis Bio-Soft Flushable Liners are also better for septic systems and
old plumbing, although we cannot guaranty they will work for all septic
systems or plumbing.
We do not recommend any flushable liners for
newborns, since newborn poop is very runny, which tends to break
flushable liners apart in between diaper changes.
What to do for the newborn stage? We recommend a Mini-Shower/Diaper
Sprayer. However, the poop of breastfed babies is water soluble, which
means you could skip the Mini-Shower/Diaper Sprayer altogether. The
poop of breastfed babies will come out in the initial pre-rinse cycle,
although staining may occur without a Mini-Shower/Diaper Sprayer.
