Heavy Items
Please note that unusually heavy items, like prefolds and detergent will be subject to higher

What is a "Business Day"?
To find out how long your package has been in transit, you will need to count the number of
business days. Monday through Friday are business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count as
business days. Holidays also do not count as business days.
Why Do You No Longer Ship via International Priority Mail?
We want fast delivery for our customers! Many international customers have been experiencing
lost packages or delays of four to eight weeks (yes, eight weeks!) with International Priority Mail.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in-stock, we will notify you by e-mail of it's estimated arrival date and substitution
options for a quicker delivery.
International Gifts
We do not offer gift wrap for international orders. We also cannot falsify customs forms, and
therefore cannot mark international orders as gifts.
